Dr. Ritika Sharma
For Dr. Ritika Sharma, dentistry has never been just about teeth. It is about the person sitting in the chair. As the owner of Crown Isle Dental, Dr. Sharma brings a deeply compassionate and nurturing approach to oral healthcare.
She understands that dental anxiety is very real, which is why she has dedicated her practice to changing the way people experience the dentist. Her patients know her best for her calming presence, her gentle hand, and her unwavering commitment to doing what is right rather than what is fast.
Earning her degree from the University of Colorado, Dr. Sharma practices conservative and evidence-based dentistry. She takes the time to listen to your concerns, explain your options clearly, and ensure you feel completely in control of your care.
A proud member of the Comox Valley community, her nurturing spirit extends far beyond the clinic doors. When she is not caring for her patients' smiles, she is usually out exploring Vancouver Island trails with her husband and their seven-year-old son, cultivating her garden, or bringing her creativity to life through artistic home improvement projects.
Dr. Colleen Greiner
Dr. Colleen received her Doctor of Dental Medicine degree in 1988 from the University of Manitoba, completed a short service engagement with the Canadian Armed Forces, and has been happily practicing family dentistry in the Comox Valley since 1991. Known for many years as Dr. Colleen Clancy, she recently returned to her maiden name, Greiner. At Crown Isle Dental we refer to her simply as Dr. Colleen.
With a wealth of experience, Dr. Colleen is passionate about ongoing learning, particularly patient comfort, quality long-term outcomes, and occlusion as it relates to the TMJ. She takes great care in making treatment plans easily understandable for every patient.
Outside the clinic, Colleen loves the outdoor beauty of the Comox Valley and the small community feel. Her hobbies include skiing, sea kayaking, and gardening throughout the Valley.
